StealthMeet

Privacy notice

Last updated 27 October 2026. This notice covers the website and the desktop app. Email support@stealthmeet.si.

1. Account details

When you sign in we store your email and, if you use Google, the name, email, and picture Google shares for that sign-in. If you type a name, role, company, or instructions on a profile, we store those too.

2. Files you attach

Profiles can hold a resume, certificates, project notes, or other documents you upload. We store those files with the account so a later call can use the same context.

3. Calls

When you start a call, we receive the audio you share from the microphone and, when you turn it on, from the meeting tab. We turn that audio into a transcript with your side and the other side kept separate. When you ask for a line, we send the selected profile and the transcript so far to produce a draft. We store the transcript, the drafts, and the length of the call after the session ends.

4. Credits

We store the credit balance on the account, including the 5 free credits issued each day and any hours that have been paid for.

5. Payments

Razorpay collects the payment method and processes the charge. We do not receive or store your card number. We receive the payment result from Razorpay so we can add 60 credits for each hour purchased to the signed-in account. Razorpay provides the payment receipt.

6. Support mail

If you email support@stealthmeet.si, we keep that message and our reply so we can deal with the request.

7. Why we use this information

We use it to sign you in, run the transcript and the drafts, keep profiles and past calls, add credits after payment, and answer support. We do not sell transcripts, documents, or contact details.

8. Other companies

Other companies store the account and produce the transcript and the drafted reply. This notice does not name them. Razorpay takes the payment and keeps the payment receipt.

Call audio and the transcript are sent onward only so the transcript and the reply can be produced.

9. How long we keep it

We keep the account, profiles, files, and saved sessions until you delete them or you ask us to delete the account. Free daily credits expire at the end of the day and do not build up. Razorpay keeps its own payment records under its rules.

10. Sign-in session

The site keeps a sign-in session in the browser so you stay logged in, including while the desktop app is approved. We do not run an advertising cookie program. If we add analytics later, we will update this notice first.

11. Age

StealthMeet is for people who are 18 or older. We do not intend to collect information from children.

12. Your requests

Email support@stealthmeet.si to ask for a copy of the account data we hold, to correct it, or to delete the account and the saved calls. If the law where you live gives you other rights over personal data, use the same address. For a receipt held by Razorpay, contact Razorpay or email the same address.

13. Where data is processed

The companies that store the account, transcribe the call, and draft replies may process information in countries other than yours. Razorpay may do the same for the payment. We send each of them only what that task needs.

14. Changes

When this notice changes, we will change the date at the top.
