1. Who operates StealthMeet

StealthMeet is the call assistant at https://www.stealthmeet.si and in the StealthMeet desktop app. Email support@stealthmeet.si.

2. What the service does

StealthMeet follows a live call, keeps a transcript, and drafts a reply on your screen when you ask for one. You choose whether to say that reply. The assistant does not speak on the call and does not send the reply into the meeting for you.

You can use the desktop app on Windows, Linux, and Mac, or open the assistant in the browser on this site. You sign in with Google or with email. The desktop app uses the same account after you approve it.

3. Credits

Paid use is sold by the hour. One hour is 60 credits, at the per-hour price shown at checkout. You can buy from 1 to 100 hours in one order. One credit is one minute of a call. A few seconds inside a minute still use one credit.

The site also returns 5 free credits each day. Free credits you do not use that day do not carry over. Credits stay on the account that holds them. They are not cash and they are not transferred to another person.

4. Orders

Razorpay processes the payment. StealthMeet sells the credits. Customer questions about an order come to support@stealthmeet.si.

Each order is a one-time purchase of the hours you select. It is not a subscription and it does not renew. The amount you confirm at checkout is the amount you agree to pay. By paying, you accept these terms and the refund policy at /refund.

5. Your account

You are responsible for the Google account or email address you use to sign in, and for use of the desktop app after you approve it on that account. Profiles, uploaded files, and saved calls belong to that account.

6. Licence

We give you a personal, non-exclusive right to use StealthMeet for your own calls while the account is open. That right is not a sale of the software. You may not resell the app, rent a paid balance to someone else, or reverse engineer the app except where the law allows it.

7. Calls and drafted replies

Start a transcript only when you have the right to capture that audio. Where the law, your employer, or the other people on the call require consent, you get that consent first. The acceptable use page at /acceptable-use is part of these terms.

A drafted reply is a suggestion drawn from the profile you selected and from what has been said. It can be wrong. You are responsible for the words you actually say.

8. Notes and files you upload

You may attach a resume, notes, certificates, or other material to a profile. You confirm that you have the right to use that material for the call. We use it to draft replies for your account, as the privacy notice describes.

9. Our material and yours

The StealthMeet name, the website, and the app belong to us or our licensors. Your transcripts, notes, and files stay yours. You let us store and process them so we can run the service, as set out in the privacy notice.

10. Saved calls

When a call ends, we keep the transcript, the replies, and how long the call ran, under Sessions. Email support@stealthmeet.si if you want a saved call or the account deleted.

11. After you pay

After Razorpay confirms the payment, we add 60 credits for each hour purchased to the account that was signed in. We work to keep that delivery prompt. We do not promise that transcription or drafts will be uninterrupted or free of mistakes.

12. Suspension

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or the acceptable use page, or that we reasonably believe is being used to abuse payments. Credits already used are treated under the refund policy.

13. No warranty of the drafts

StealthMeet is provided as it is available. We do not warrant that a drafted reply is accurate, complete, or suitable for a particular customer call, team call, sales call, or interview.

14. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost profits, lost chances, or other indirect loss from use of the service. Our total liability for claims about the paid service is limited to the amount you paid for StealthMeet credits in the three months before the claim. This section does not limit liability that the law says we cannot limit.

15. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top will change, and the new terms apply as you keep using StealthMeet. If we change the refund policy, these terms, or the contact email, we will update the website.

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
